As Flute Haven has expanded over the years, we have worked to keep registration and lodging fees reasonable.

Various discounts are available on the workshop registration fee for returning Flute Haven attendees (10% discount), multiple participants from the same flute circle (up to 20% discount), work-study participants (up to 50% discount), and various other discounts. We are aware that the financial means of participants vary greatly, and one of our goals is to make Flute Haven accessible to eager particpants regardless of their financial situation. Thanks to the support of sponsors, we are able to offer reduced rates on the registration fee based on financial need.

Note that the meal plan costs cannot be reduced — we do not have control over these fees, which go to our host facility.
There is no additional fee for those participating in the Flute Haven Musicianship Program. Participants usually begin the Musicianship Program by attending the Leadership Program.

However, it is requested that you provide this special diet request form as early as possible (preferably by the mid-August) so that the chef can plan accordingly.
Participants have the option of paying on an installment basis. You have the option to pay 50% at the time of registration, then 25% by July 1, 2017, and the remaining 25% by August 1, 2017.

Prior to September 1, 2017:
- all fees will be refunded for any reason, minus a $25 handling fee.
On or after September 1, 2017:
- 50% of the workshop portion of your registration fee will be refunded, and the other 50% may be applied to a future Flute Haven Native Flute School.
